Whey Mass Builder is the foundation of strong and large muscles. The mixture of polymers, oligomers and glucose monomers used in the preparation, i.e. carbohydrates of different chain lengths, allows for a long-lasting and even supply of the necessary energy for working muscles, as well as for quick replenishment of muscle glycogen stores and for intensification of protein synthesis processes in muscles. Whey Mass Builder provides the body with a full set of exogenous and endogenous amino acids in the right proportions and amounts needed for post-workout regeneration of muscle tissue and muscle growth in the overcompensation phase. The source of amino acids in Whey Mass Builder is a composition of whey protein with wheat protein, which ensures high bioavailability and biological value of the preparation. In addition, Whey Mass Builder has been enriched with a complete set of vitamins B, C and E, necessary for the proper functioning of energy transformations during increased physical effort. The high content of calories, nutrients and vitamins will provide the bodybuilder with maximum weight gain. The preparation is intended for slim athletes with rapid metabolism during the period of building body weight and muscle strength as well as for representatives of endurance sports in order to comprehensively supplement the diet.

WAY OF USE:

Dissolve about 50g (5 tablespoons or 2 and 1/2 scoops) in 250 ml of water or milk.

Training days: consume four times a day- in the morning after waking up, two hours before training, about half an hour after training, an hour before bedtime.

Non-training days: consume three times a day immediately after a meal or as a tasty separate meal (especially taking into account the morning and evening portion)

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
