Preparation for swimming

• Remove the cap from the valve mouthpiece.
• Fill the buoyancy chamber with air. The check valve makes it easy to pump, blocking air from escaping between inhalations.
• Put the cap on the valve mouthpiece and make sure the air does not escape from the buoy.
• Adjust the waist belt and fasten the buckle.

To release air from the buoy chamber, remove the valve cap and push it into the valve opening, and then release the air.
