Sea To Summit EtherLight XT Air L mattress

Perfect for side sleepers, the extra height of this mat allows your hip to dive deeper into it without touching the ground. Larger air pockets are created using multiple interconnected compartments made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which connect the top and bottom layers of fabric to our air chambers called Air Sprung Cell™. The interconnected dividers allow the upper and lower layers to be placed at a greater distance from each other, thus creating larger air pockets when inflated, which in turn requires smaller amounts of material.

Air Sprung Cells™ is the core technology used in our mattresses. This is also the reason why you sleep on them so comfortably. Sea to Summit mattresses are built with numerous interconnected air chambers called Air Sprung Cells™. Air Sprung Cells™ chambers, adapting to the shape of the body,

provide a feeling of softness and comfort.

To make folding and unfolding the mattress as easy as possible, a multifunctional valve has been created. The valve used to pump the mattress works unidirectionally to avoid uncontrolled air loss during uncontrolled unsealing of the valve. The wide valve allows you to quickly inflate the mattress.

For maximum durability, the mattresses are made of reinforced 40D Nylon. Inside, however, to achieve the effect of tightness and plasticity, TPU material was used. The outer layer of the mattress is covered with a thin PU coating, reducing surface slipperyness, increasing durability

for damage and facilitating spot repair with self-adhesive patches.

TPU coating is widely used in the medical and aerospace industries. The embossed coating is much more durable, compact and allows the use of the TPU formula. This is a much more effective technique than the lamination commonly used on the market, which is less resistant to delamination.

To prevent the growth of fungi and mold inside the mattress, the TPU coating is enriched with an additional antibacterial layer. Thanks to this, you can safely and hygienically inflate the mattress through one of the two available valves.

All Sea to Summit mattresses come with a comfortable cover and a dedicated repair kit containing six self-adhesive patches and a spare valve.

The cover together with the integrated Airstream™ Pumpsack is included with every mattress with Air Sprung Cell™ technology. All it takes is one air blow to the Airstream™ Pumpsack and then quickly inflate the mattress. What’s more, turning the valve to the other side also allows you to fill pillows with a smaller inlet with air. The Aistrstream™ Pumpsack weighs 41 g.
