Pre-workout CreaFue is a carefully developed pre-workout containing 16 functional ingredients, designed for athletes of strength disciplines and all people who want to make the most of their abilities. It is based on a proven combination of Creapure® creatine, NO substance in the form of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and citrulline malate. This formula is also complemented by beta-alanine, caffeine and L-tyrosine. It also contains selected vitamins B3, B6 and magnesium, as well as a unique Absorb Matrix complex.

The key ingredient for performance is premium creatine monohydrate Creapure®, which is creatine with maximum purity and quality, produced in Germany according to strict standards. Creatine, whose daily intake is 3 g, increases physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity exercise. This is crucial, especially for short-term, explosive or forceful achievements. Dosage
