POLYCARBONATE

4mm cellular polycarbonate polish production with UV stabilization and a grammage of up to 700g/m² (grammage is nothing else than the amount of material used to make 1m² of polycarbonate sheet) in PTF Poland greenhouses this amount of material used (700g/m²) definitely stands out from other greenhouses available on the market. Thanks to its high grammage, the polycarbonate plate is stiff and its chambers are not bent - we do not feel like we are holding a thin cardboard in our hands, but a really solid plate. The high grammage also means a thick wall, which guarantees resistance to adverse weather conditions such as hail and heavy rain.

UV layer - each panel is guaranteed to be covered with a UV layer on the outside, thanks to which the polycarbonate will maintain its maximum resistance for many years and will not turn yellow.

Fastening to the structure - thanks to the fact that the polycarbonate is screwed to the structure, we are guaranteed that it will not be detached even in stronger gusts of wind (which often happens with other types of fastening, e.g. for clips, latches, strips, etc.). In our greenhouses, there is one polycarbonate panel per span, which guarantees that even a strong gust of wind will not push the panel inside the greenhouse. Attaching the panels to the structure with an overlap further strengthens the attachment point thanks to the double layer of polycarbonate panel.

Additionally, the polycarbonate in the greenhouse is always **cut and properly bent** to fit the selected frame, significantly **reducing assembly time** and eliminating potential errors during sheet cutting by the end user. This can unfortunately lead to dissatisfaction with the product and additional costs if new sheets need to be purchased. **Serial production** ensures a **high level of aesthetics.**

PROFILES

PVC profile closed 30x30mm with a wall thickness of 1,5mm and steel profile closed 30x30mm with a wall thickness of 1mm - it is thanks to closed profiles and the use of appropriate wall thickness that the greenhouse gains its resistance to adverse weather conditions such as snow or wind.

The white color of the greenhouse (powder coated steel profiles) makes the greenhouse look classic and very aesthetically pleasing. Most importantly, the paint that was used to paint steel profiles is free of heavy metals while maintaining QUALICOAT certification quality standards. In turn, plastic profiles are not made of regranulate and are free of phthalates and heavy metals. It is extremely important that in the greenhouse, which is primarily intended to be used for ecological vegetable cultivation, materials and their painting do not adversely affect the environment or our bodies.

All profiles are described in detail, thanks to which assembly becomes seamless and intuitive. Both production and painting of profiles takes place on Polish territory.

The frame of the greenhouse is a dense modular structure - the span every 64 cm makes the whole extremely resistant to even stronger gusts of wind.

COMBINATION

Connection - these are not only durable quick couplers, which after twisting give stability to the greenhouse, but also use of additional reinforcements in the amount of up to 9 pieces. Reinforcements fixed at the top of the roof and at the place of joining the roof and side wall are made of galvanized sheet 2mm.

Additional bottom mounts, also included in the set made of 2mm galvanized sheet, will definitely facilitate the installation of the greenhouse to the foundation and protect it from kidnapping during strong and gusty winds.

The whole twisted with high-quality screws and screws added to the set will make the greenhouse look very aesthetically pleasing.

FUNCTIONALITY

Excellent ventilation in the greenhouse will be provided by doors at the front and back of the structure. In addition, the door can be divided in half, which can be a particularly important function for people with pets. Closing the lower part of the door and leaving only the upper side open will prevent animals from entering and causing possible losses in the greenhouse but will allow you to maintain proper ventilation.

Strong hinges made of plastic will withstand repeated opening and closing of the door, and the deadbolt closure will protect the greenhouse from spontaneous opening.

Hooks made of high-quality galvanized steel were used to protect the open door from re-closing.

In addition, what is important, the greenhouse can be opened both from the outside and inside, which can be especially helpful if there are children in the garden.

WIND RESISTANCE

As the only company in Poland we performed a wind resistance test in a wind tunnel at the Institute of Aviation in Warsaw. The greenhouse was placed in a wind tunnel and anchored according to our recommendations from the installation instructions. Then the wind with a speed of up to 100 km/h was directed to its side and to the front. The greenhouse coped with such a wind load without any damage.
