☑ CONSTRUCTION ☑

1. The lift is mounted on a steel base.
2. The load-bearing element of the lift is a bellows made of reinforced rubber inside which a steel sleeve is placed, providing the lift with stability during operation as well as limiting the lifting height to 400 mm.
3. The bellows in the upper part is closed with a top plate with a metal-rubber disc installed to exclude accidental slipping of the vehicle chassis element from the lift.
4. ball valves are used for control, one inlet with a quick coupler attached for easy attachment of a hose with compressed air and one drain valve.

☑ PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION ☑

1. With the compressed air cable connected, max. 12 bar, opening the inlet valve we let the compressed air into the interior of the lift bellows.
2. Compressed air filling the bellows of the lift does the work as a result of which the upper part of the lift rises, lifting part of the vehicle. The lifting rate depends on the load on the lift and can be adjusted with a stronger or weaker opening of the inlet valve. At any time, we can stop this action by closing the inlet valve, closing the compressed air supply to the lift, the lift stops and the lift maintains the desired height.
3. The steel sleeve used in the lift gives it stability and safety of work.
4. By opening the outlet valve of the lift, we release compressed air from the inside of the lift, which reduces the air pressure inside the rubber housing, which results in lowering of the lift. This process can be adjusted with a stronger or weaker outlet valve opening.
5. After leaving the vehicle completely, carefully extend the lift from under it.

☑ ADDITIONAL RUBBER RING ☑

Additional protection in the form of a rubber disc on a snowman type lift protects the thresholds and other supporting elements of valuable vehicles against the risk of scratching or bending. Thanks to this disc, it is possible to safely lift cars without the need to precisely aim at the lifting point, which significantly speeds up and facilitates work.

Thanks to this innovative solution, you no longer need to precisely adjust the disc to the lifting point during operation. Not only does the rubber disc protect the entire vehicle , but the design of the jack also allows the item to be lifted evenly without the risk of damaging the chassis with the metal part of the jack . This solution contributes to greater convenience, safety and efficiency when working with a snowman lift.
