Plastic stapler Yihua 960V 50W

960V plastic stapler is an ideal, reliable stapler for repairing plastic elements. It supports repair after welding or gluing heavily loaded or mechanically vibrating elements. It has 2 LEDs for stapling site lighting, which allows the repair process in low-light conditions.

Ideally, it serves as a device for pre-joining plastics before welding, gluing or annealing. It replaces all other, less effective ways of joining materials, which is especially important when repairing components. It significantly speeds up and streamlines the repair process.

It is carried out by melting into the material, to the appropriate depth of the heated staple, anchoring (slight horizontal twisting), cooling and removing the excess with the help of clippers.

Then, in target reinforcement, you can cut the appropriate size mesh strip and blend into the place of joining with an RS28 staple (large wave)

For connecting all elements made of plastic so-called. thermoplast means - plastics that soften during heating and harden after cooling.

1. Prepare the repair area, clean and degrease the surfaces of the element.
2. Choose the right staple.
3. Turn on the device and warm up the staple by holding the button for a few seconds until the right temperature is reached.
4. Place the staple where the damaged pieces are connected.
5. After the plastic has solidified, the staple will remain in the element, its excess should be removed with the help of cutters.
6. Turn off the device before putting on another staple.
7. Repeat until the desired repair effect is achieved.
8. Once the job is done, cool the unit before storing.
