➡️ With the included Pusher, you ensure safety, cutting precision, convenience, and speed up your work, allowing you to quickly and evenly move ingredients without the risk of contact with the blades.

1. Place the stem on the mixing knife in the Thermomix mixing dish and make sure it is in the correct position. The base of the shank should rest in the middle of the mixing knife, and the shank should be positioned vertically.
2. Place the cutting cap container on the shank. The stem should protrude through the middle opening of the container.
3. Always hold the cutting disc by the center, because its blades are extremely sharp. Place the dial on the mandrel with the desired side up.
4. Place the cutting cap cover on the container. Thermomix locking arms will secure the cover in the right place when the device engine is started.
5. Set the maximum working time to 1 minute so as not to overfill the container.
6. Select the right direction of rotation (i.e. in accordance with the clockwise direction).
7. Set turns to ‘4’.
8. Put the ingredients into the feeder.
9. Use the pusher to gently press the ingredients through the feeder towards the cutting disc.

• Always hold the cutting discs by the plastic center - without touching the cutting blades.
• Frozen ingredients must not be used.
• Working time should always be set for a maximum of 1 minute to avoid overfilling the container, and always use rotations 4.
• Some ingredients can cause clogging of the blades (egg yolk, soft sausage, raw meat) or blockage of the cutting cap disc (chocolate)
• Cut off the ends of narrow ingredients such as celery, leek, spring onion or carrot.
• Some ingredients are ideal for slicing, but are not suitable for friction (leafy vegetables, peppers, fennel, tomatoes and most fruits, except apples).
• Some ingredients (e.g. carrots) can cause discoloration of both steel and plastic elements of the cutting cap. To effectively remove these discolorations without damaging the cutting disc, wipe the discolored elements with a cosmetic swab or kitchen towel moistened with vegetable oil, then wash them with water and dishwashing liquid.
• Do not use bleach to clean any elements of the cutting pad.
