Roundup 360 Plus is a preparation of the Bayer brand, intended for use in the fight against perz and monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds, both annual and perennial. Agent containing an effective active substance - glyphosate.

Roundup 360 Plus - what is the composition of the product

Roundup 360 Plus is a non-selective herbicide with systemic action. It comes in the SL formulation, it is a concentrate for the preparation of an aqueous solution.

The active substance glyphosate - a compound from the group of aminophosphoric acids in the form of potassium salt, in the content of 360 g/l, is responsible for the effectiveness of the preparation.

In which crops to use?

Roundup 360 Plus is widely used in agricultural crops as well as in non-agricultural areas. He has registered m.in. in maize, potato, carrots, parsley, onions, leeks and sugar beet. Roundup can also be applied before harvesting winter wheat, winter triticale, rye, spring wheat, spring barley and winter rape. In non-agricultural areas can be used, e.g. for weeding storage facilities, tracks, sidewalks, as well as on falls and fallows.

What weeds does Roundup 360 Plus eliminate?

The key stage of using the plant protection product Roundup is to adjust the dose to the sensitivity of weeds occurring in a given area.

In order to effectively fight persuasion and other weeds in stubble, the treatment should be carried out after harvesting the crop, before starting crop cultivation. Most often, the application is carried out from mid-August to late autumn on intensively developing weeds.

Mechanism of action of the measure

Glyphosate inhibits the action of EPSPS enzyme, which is one of the key enzymes needed in the process of protein biosynthesis. The preparation is taken by the green parts of plants i.e. leaves, shoots and non-woody bark, and then transported throughout the plant. The agent also reaches the roots and spreads, gradually leading to the death of weeds. The first effects are visible after from 7 to 10 days. Complete dying of weeds occurs after 3 weeks from the moment of application.

The effectiveness and speed of the described mechanism are affected by weather conditions. High temperature and humidity, as well as strong sunlight, can speed up the process.

Arable fields before sowing and planting arable crop
