Preparation and storage

Step 1: Boil water and measure 160 ml, pour into a bowl and cool to 40 oC.

Step 2: Pour slowly 40 g of porridge (5 tablespoons).

Step 3: Stir until uniform consistency. Wait a while for the groats to thicken.

Step 4: Check the temperature of the meal. Give the finished porridge to the child or let him try to eat on his own with a spoon.
