METHOD OF INSTALLATION:
✔ In order to carry out the correct installation of spikes for birds, you need several necessary tools, such as: silicone glue squeezer, wallpaper cutter (or other), spatula, wire brush, cloth. Recommended personal protective equipment: protective gloves, safety glasses.
✔ First you need to thoroughly clean the substrate (using a spatula, wire brush, rag). Using the silicone gun, we evenly apply about a small layer of glue to the base of the product, carefully place the spikes on the substrate and press with your hand or spatula.
✔ Metal surfaces (not painted) should be wiped with a degreasing agent, e.g. denatured. Concrete surfaces should be primed if necessary. To wooden surfaces, the product must be tightened with screws (the item has holes every few centimeters).
✔ Bird spikes can be mounted on narrow architectural elements such as railings, railings, handrails, drain pipe knees. We recommend installation with glue and stainless steel clamps.
