The AT-LP120XUSB is an improved version of the AT-LP120-USB turntable. The latest model uses a new DC motor with Direct-Drive drive, as well as adjustable dynamic anti-skating control and a phono preamplifier. This fully manually operated design plays discs at 33 1/3, 45 and 78 rpm. /min. And it comes with a USB output that allows you to connect your device directly to your computer. Just download the free Audacity recording software (or other software of your choice) and start converting analog recordings to digital audio files. In addition to the USB output, the turntable is also equipped with a detachable dual RCA output cable and a built-in phono preamplifier, so that the user can connect the AT-LP120XUSB to his stereo system, regardless of whether he has a Phono input or not.
The turntable is equipped with an S-shaped arm with adjustable tracking force and a universal AT-HS6 head with AT-VM95E Dual Magnet insert. Audio-Technica has been a leader in the design of phono cartridges for over 50 years and this experience is realized by the versatile, advanced AT-VM95E model. The insert uses a needle with an elliptical cut of 0,3 × 0,7 miles, but it is also compatible with any needle in the VM95 series, offering a wide range of options at any price level.
Additional features include an aluminum cast plate with felt mat. In addition, the turntable is equipped with a start/stop button, quartz-stabilized precision Pitch Lock speed lock and speed control in the range of +/-8% or +/-16%, strobe plate with speed indicator, removable needle lighting, external power supply and removable dust cover.
