Legendary, timeless and unique – it is still a recurring motif in Dolce & Gabbana collections presented on the catwalks. Rose was a source of inspiration for a new fragrance - Dolce Rosa Excelsa. The composition opens with an exotic papaya flower and fresh neroli leaves. The characteristic component of the entire line, white amaryllis, is the heart of the composition, and is accompanied by accents of water lily and white narcissist. In the heart there is also an absolute Turkish rose and an unprecedented chord of the Xylotheca kraussiana plant - African dog rose. Musky, woody, slightly spicy base is formed by notes of sandalwood, musk and cashmere tree. The precious heart of Dolce Rosa Excelsa seduces with two delicate and noble notes of rose. Used for the first time in a perfume composition, the African dog rose genre gives a captivating intensity to the fresh note of dolce rose petals. This rare note has been combined with the envelopingly feminine absolute of the Turkish rose – a species highly rated in perfumery due to its olfactory intensity. Its absolute combined with African dog rose shows the sensual and elegant nature of the flower. With its complex touches of cashmeran and sandalwood, the dolce rosa excelsa fragrance creates a sensual aura of woody scents, earth tones, and spicy roots in a note of depth.
