At noon: pour 2 tablespoons of cold water into glass and add 7 drops of clove extract to stir and drink. The meal can be taken no earlier than after 15 minutes.

In the evening: pour 2-4 tablespoons of cold water into a glass and add 7 drops of clove extract and 10 drops of wormwood extract. Stir and drink. Do not eat at least 15 minutes after taking the mixture.
