Black Blueberry - Proper functioning of the eyes
Blackberry is a species of the heather family – a shrub found in Northern and Central Europe, North Asia and North America. It grows in forests throughout Polish. Blackberry fruits are available in our country from mid-June to the end of July and are very popular. They are purple-blue, have waxy tarnish, dark red flesh and dark purple juice. They are an ingredient of many tasty dishes (dumplings, cakes), preserves (juices, jams), drinks (cocktails) and homemade desserts, yoghurts or ice cream. In addition to its taste, blueberries are also valued as a dietary supplement.
Already in the sixteenth century, both fruits and leaves of black blueberries were used to support the health of the eyes, blood vessels and digestive system. Also today in pharmacy, preparations with blueberry fruit extract are produced.
Anthocyanins have a strong antioxidant effect – they neutralize free oxygen radicals, the excess of which contributes to the development of many civilization diseases. They also improve microcirculation, including the eye, which is why they are helpful in visual disturbances.
Regular supplementation with black bilberry extract affects:
