NITROBOLON is a creatine powder product that combines L-arginine malate, L-arginine alphaketoglutarate and citrulline malate with an effective form of creatine.
NITROBOLON contains creatine, which increases physical performance in the case of consecutive short, very intense physical exercises. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 3 g of creatine per day.
The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 15 g (2,5 scoops).
How to use:
- Dissolve a single serving of the product ‒ 15 g (2,5 scoops) in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Use 1 serving per day.
- On training days: I portion 30 minutes before training.
- On non-workout days: I portion 30 minutes before the main meal. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
