Product Description:
Citrulline Synergy contains citrulline malate and L-citrulline. This supplement is a product for professional athletes. The portion recommended for consumption during the day is 6 g.
Citrulline is an amino acid that has anabolic effects, and thus supports the development of muscle tissue and inhibits the process of its breakdown. Another action attributed to citrulline is a positive effect on aerobic capacity and overall endurance. In addition, L-citrulline reduces the feeling of fatigue also during exercise, thanks to which it extends the time of physical activity. Last but not least, the property of citrulline is to reduce muscle pain after training.
The use of citrulline also causes a muscle pump, i.e. blood supply to the muscles causing swelling of the muscles. This phenomenon is very popular and desirable by both athletes and amateur sports enthusiasts.
How to use:
- Dissolve a single portion of the product - 3 g (0,5 scoops) in 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings per day.
- On training days: I portion 30 minutes before training, II portion immediately after training.
- On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion before bedtime.
- Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
