Ingredients: beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-citrulline, acidity regulators: citric acid, malic acid; aroma, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium silicate; L-arginine AKG, anhydrous caffeine, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; preservative: malic acid; dye: brilliant blue FCF; olive leaf extract.
How to use: Shake the container before use. Mix 1/3 scoop of the product (1.66 g) with 50-85 ml of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before training. Do not consume within 4 hours before bedtime.
Recommended daily dose: 1/3 scoop (1.66 g). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
