Ingredients: Carnosyn Beta Alanine, micronized creatine monohydrate,arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, anti-caking agents:silicon dioxide, calcium silicate; acidity regulator: citric acid; bulking agent: polydextrose;aromas, N-acetyl L-tyrosine, anhydrous caffeine, sweeteners:acesulfame potassium, sucralose; vitamins (ascorbic acid (vitamin C),folic acid, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6),methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), dyes: allura red.
Recommended daily dose: 1 scoop (6,5g). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Method of consumption: Take 1 serving mixed with 150-200 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training.
