Ingredients: 70% magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium oxide), capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], 4% zinc (zinc gluconate, zinc oxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 1% vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.
Recommended intake / method of preparation:
Take 2 capsules daily, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid. It is best to use 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime.
