C4 Original is a carefully developed pre-workout that is suitable for strength and endurance athletes. It combines several functional ingredients to provide you with maximum benefits. The basis is stimulating caffeine, which consumed in the amount of 3 mg per kg of body weight about an hour before exercise contributes to increasing endurance. In addition, it supports alertness and concentration. But it also contains vitamin C and vitamins B3, B6, B9 and B12 , which help reduce fatigue , which you will appreciate not only during demanding workouts. We've also added creatine monohydrate, arginine hydrochloride, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, and CarnoSyn® beta-alanine for added comprehensiveness. Dosage
