Note: Properties and time parameters are average values obtained during tests carried out under optimal conditions (mass temperature and ambient temperature at 18-22°C). Due to different conditions on the construction site (e.g. different temperature, method of preparing the hole), the possibility of deviations from the given values should be assumed.

⏱ How does it work? 4 easy steps to success!

Easy installation and quick repair is the domain of this system. Wear protective gloves and act:

1. Prepare: Drill a hole and level your post by locking it so it doesn't move.
2. Mix: Remove the clip from the bag and vigorously mix the ingredients by dragging the blurred edge for exactly 20 seconds (NOTE: do not exceed 30 seconds! ).
3. Pour: Cut off the edge and pour the contents evenly around the post.
4. Wait: Keep the post position until pre-hardened – after approx. 15 minutes the mass will fill the space tightly insulating the post. If the mass rises above the ground, after 2-3 hours simply cut off the excess with a knife or shovel and cover with earth to protect against direct exposure to the sun.
5. If it is necessary to use more than one package, first pour the contents of one package and wait for the mass to stop growing and harden. Depending on the ambient temperature, it can take 7 to 25 minutes. When the first mass has solidified, the contents of the second package can be poured. 1. How to prepare a product for work? To maintain optimal strength parameters and bonding time, the resin temperature in the bag immediately before application (for 2 hours before use) should be 20-25°C.

2. Is it true that mass reacts to the weather? Yes, it is a chemical product. At higher temperatures, the mass increases faster and stronger, while on colder days the process slows down, and the increase may be smaller.

3. When can I fully load the post? The mass allows you to safely apply loads as early as 90 minutes after application. Complete, full hardening reaches after 24 hours.

4. How many bars do I need a 300 ml package for? This depends strictly on the thickness of your post and the depth and diameter of the drilled hole. For example: with a hole 60 cm deep and 10 cm in diameter for a 5 x 5 cm wooden post or a 5 cm round post, you usually only need 1 bag of 300 ml.

5. How to achieve maximum resin durability (50-80 years)? The mass of QUIKSET is extremely durable, but in order to serve for many decades, the hardened resin must be protected from UV rays (sun). When the mass dries, simply cut off its excess protruding above the ground and make sure that the entire foundation is covered with a thin layer of earth, sand, bark or gravel.

6. Do I need specialized tools to prepare the mass? No, no! The whole mixing process takes place inside a sealed bag. Just remove the clip, mix the two ingredients rubbing against the edge for several seconds and immediately pour into the prepared, narrow hole. You don't need squeezers or stirrers for the drill.

7. Do wooden posts need additional protection? The weight of the Quikset is waterproof and protects the sides of the sunken post.
