DD Underblanket - warmer (wrap)
Underblanket is a special "quilt" suspended from the outside of the hammock. It provides excellent insulation against wind and cold - the biggest enemies of sleeping in a hammock. An ordinary sleeping bag is crushed by a sleeping person in a hammock over a larger area than when sleeping on the ground (and a mat), which makes it lose its insulating properties. Underblanket hangs freely under the hammock, thanks to which an additional foam pad (which likes to move in the hammock) or any thermal insulation foil becomes unnecessary. The undersuit allows you to sleep peacefully at temperatures up to approx. -5 degrees, but remember that a good sleeping bag is also necessary then.
This model has been designed specifically for DD Hammocks from the Frontline, Travel/Bivi, Jungle and Superlight lines. The assembly is very simple and consists in attaching eight elastic lines at selected points of the hammock, using the attached light carabiners.
