It is worth remembering that thin does not mean bad at all, because microfiber is a durable material. The density of the fiber is less than 1 denier.

You can also use the sewn-in zip for this purpose and loosen the filling with your hand. Such a procedure should be performed once every few weeks so that your pillow is soft and resilient at all times.
