ORSALIT®tabs is a dietary supplement for adolescents and adults to use in case of loss of water and electrolytes caused by heat and physical exertion, e.g. during training.

In adults, it can also be used in case of loss of water and electrolytes after alcohol consumption.

ORSALIT Tabs are effervescent tablets that create a drink with a delicious lemon flavor that replenishes electrolyte levels and quenches thirst. The composition of the preparation has been selected to supplement the diet with valuable ingredients needed by the body, especially in hot weather, intense physical effort or after alcohol consumption. Each ORSALIT Tabs effervescent tablet is a combination of glucose, i.e. sugar that causes a strong glycemic response and potassium, sodium and a high portion of vitamin C. When dissolved in water, the tablets form a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution that helps maintain endurance during long-term endurance exercises, while allowing you to increase water absorption during physical exercise. Potassium supports the proper functioning of muscles and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Vitamin C, on the other hand, is needed to maintain proper energy metabolism. This ingredient also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress, as well as helps to reduce fatigue and fatigue.
