Destratifier (air mixer) is a device that forces the inflow of warm air from the upper zones of the room. In this way, the heated (lighter) air is directed effectively downwards. The air mixer therefore allows you to quickly transport warm air to places where thermal comfort is particularly desirable (in the lower zones of the rooms where we stay). On what principles does the destratifier work exactly?

Well, the destratifier equalizes the temperature differences between the upper and lower zones of the object, reversing the convection process. This type of air mixer should be installed primarily in large-size places and industrial premises, such as production halls, wholesalers or warehouses. These facilities, due to their structural specificity, are by definition exposed to special restrictions in heat distribution. They are effectively counteracted by the destratifier.

DEVICE CONSTRUCTION:

Housing: made of foamed polypropylene (EPP). This material is characterized by low density (it is light) and high chemical and physical resistance. It has very good sound and thermal insulation properties. In addition, EPP is environmentally friendly - this is called. "green material", 100% recyclable.

Round cap 360°: made of galvanized steel. With the help of specially profiled air steering wheels, the overlay allows strong mixing of supply air with the air in the room.

Destratifier has a positive effect on heating economics

Destratifier is a solution that effectively protects the room against heat loss, which naturally accumulates in the upper parts of the room and thus may result in energy losses through the ceiling. Air mixer, directing warm air back to the human residence zone, and therefore to the lower zone of the room, equalizes the temperature in high spaces. Destratifier thus generates measurable operating savings and rapid improvement of thermal comfort.

Real profits using an air mixer

Destratifier also affects the faster heating of the room after a temperature drop due to the so-called. night weakness. Shorter heating time allows you to reduce the cost of fuel necessary to start up and reach the expected temperature in the room. This is especially effective in large-sized rooms. Destratafikator supplies warm air (located in the upper zone of the room) to the level of the human residence zone, ensuring a reduction in temperature under the ceiling.
