Omega-3 fatty acids are compounds that have a number of health-promoting properties for the human body. The natural source of omega-3 fatty acids are mainly fish, vegetable oils or fats of animal origin. Most omega-3s contain fish oil. Omega-3 acids are a natural building material for the body.
