COLOURLOCK Leather paint AUDI FLINTGRAU

It is a high-quality, professional water-based paint designed for renovation and refreshment of leather elements. Unlike solvent paints, it does not emit unpleasant odors, is safe to use and retains the natural properties of the skin.

The paint is characterized by very good adhesion, even coverage and color durability. After painting, the skin still breathes, remaining supple and soft.

✅ Application

The paint is perfect for:

• smooth leather in cars (seats, sides, steering wheels),
• leather furniture,
• suitcases, bags and leather goods,
• leather clothing,
• removal of scratches, scuffs and slight fading,
• dyeing and dyeing of pigment, aniline and plastic skins.

🎨 Selection of colour

• We offer paints in 46 standard colours.
• The shade can be checked in the ASO based on the VIN number.
• It should be remembered that over time, the skin changes color under the influence of UV rays, temperature and cleaning agents – therefore, the shade may differ from the factory one.

⚠ IMPORTANT – TOP COAT (FINISH LACQUER):

To obtain the final, correct shade of color, after applying the paint, use finish varnish (Top Coat) with the appropriate degree of tarnishing (matt, semi-matt, gloss).

➡ It is Top Coat that influences the final appearance of the color, its depth and degree of dullness.

🛠 Usage

1. Due to the different types of leather, we recommend testing in an invisible place.
2. Thoroughly cleanse the skin with COLOURLOCK Soft Clean.
3. Wash heavily greasy areas with gasoline COLOURLOCK (0% fat).
4. Wait 1 to 2 hours for the skin to dry completely.
5. Apply the paint with a sponge from seam to seam, while drying the surface with a dryer or heat gun.
6. With minor damage, a point application is enough.
7. For larger damages, apply several thin layers, each subsequent after drying the previous one.
8. After completion of the work, we recommend protecting the areas exposed to abrasion with COLOURLOCK Leder Versiegelung.
