We use about 1,7kg of plants to produce 1l of juice. This means that there are over 420g of fruit in a 250ml bottle!

Our juices and smoothies should be stored at 2-20 degrees C.

At what temperature and for how long do we pasteurize our juices?

Pasteurize our juices at 82 degrees C for 30 seconds, then they are cooled.
