1. How to choose the right oil?

Use 100% natural essential oils. Avoid diluted and very thick oils (e.g. resinous)

2. Do I need to mix essential oil with water?

No, this is a nebulising/anhydrous diffuser that does not require water.

3. Can perfumed/fragrance oils be used?

Yes, but it is worth remembering that the mist may be invisible, even though the smell is sprayed in the air and is noticeable. In addition, frequent use of fragrance/perfumed oils can negatively affect health, as they often contain toxic ingredients.

4. How long is the bottle from the set and can you use others?

The included bottle has a capacity of 10 ml and is reusable – it can be repeatedly filled with pure essential oil (diffusor does not require water). The device also works with other glass bottles with a capacity of 5/10/15/20 ml.

5. What do I do if I change the oil and still smell the previous one?

Regular cleaning: Fill an empty bottle with 5 ml of 99% ethyl alcohol and start the device until it runs out. Deep cleaning: fill the bottle with 20 ml alcohol 99%, mount and leave for 1 day. Then remove the alcohol, refill with 5 ml and restart the device until exhausted.

6. The device does not turn on, what to do?

The device has electrostatic protection. Plug it into power first and only then try to turn it on.

7. Why is there no mist despite the action?

Check that the bottle and nozzle are properly mounted and that the oil is not too thick. If necessary, clean the nozzle and use the appropriate oil.

8. How long does the battery last?

The battery allows for several cycles of operation depending on the selected mode. With intensive use, daily recharging is recommended.

9. Can brine or aqueous solutions be added?

No. anhydrous diffuser, designed exclusively for pure essential oils. Adding brine or aqueous solution can damage the nebuliser system and void the warranty.
