Parasitic nematode Heterorhabditis bacteriophora designed to combat larvae of various types of beetles, e.g. strawberry swelling (Otiorhynchus sulcatus) or May beetle (Melolontha melolontha).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USEApplication by irrigation system or motor sprayerPour the contents of the package into a bucket containing 5 liters of water at a temperature of 15 to 20°C. Mix well and wait 20 to 30 seconds for the product to soak. Mix well again and pour the entire solution into the spray tank. Fill the tank with solution to the required level. Spray immediately after preparation. Use the entire package in one approach, because the distribution of nematodes in the package is not even!During the procedure, the substrate should be well moisturized and its temperature should be 14-33°C.

• To prevent congestion, remove all filters
• Operating pressure must not exceed 12 bar
• Use nozzles with a diameter of at least 0,5 mm (500 microns)
• Evenly spray the entire growing surface with a solution
• The solution should be mixed continuously to prevent nematodes from settling at the bottom of the sprayer tank
• Water the crop before and after application of the preparation

Application by watering

• Mix the package in 10 l of water (with a large package, but a sachet in 10 l of water).
• Mix thoroughly and withdraw 1 l of working liquid (in the case of a large package, from a solution from one sachet, withdraw 200 ml).
• Pour into a watering can and make up to 10 l of working liquid. Water 10 m2.
• After finishing the application, water the area to rinse the nematodes from the plants.

For the first 2 weeks after the procedure, maintain high humidity of the substrate.

MODE OF ACTION

Nematodes enter the larvae of swelling through the natural openings of the body (mouth, anal or scavenger hunts) and feed there. Specific bacteria are released from the gastrointestinal tract, which disperse inside the insect's body, multiplying intensively. These bacteria break down host tissues into substances that can be easily taken up by nematodes. The swelling larva dies within a few days. The infested larvae turn orange-red to red-brown.STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

The expiration date is on the packaging. Store at 2 to 6°C, without light.
