✔ 1/2" (i.e. 12,70mm)
✔ 9/16" (i.e. 14,28mm)
❇ The most common thread size is 9/16".
When measuring the thread for 9/16" it will be less than 13mm - the thread is given to the end of the coil, but measuring with a caliper we measure the diameter but between the ends of the thread, hence the lower value.
