Step 1 – Measure the head circumference

✔ Use a soft sewing scoop.

✔ Wrap the measuring cup around your head at a height of about 2 cm above your eyebrows, guiding it through the widest part of your head.

✔ The measuring cup should adhere to the head, but it can not be too tightly clamped.

✔ The reading result is a head circumference in centimeters, on the basis of which you will choose the right helmet size.

Step 2 – Check the helmet fit

✔ The helmet should closely adhere to the head at the first wear.

✔ You should feel even pressure on the entire circumference of the head, without point pressure.

✔ The inside of the helmet gently adapts to the shape of the head over time, so the new helmet may initially seem a bit tighter.
