The WESTT Cross X W-004 motorcycle helmet is a full-face design that combines the high level of protection characteristic of integral helmets with a sporty construction inspired by motocross models. It has been prepared for riding motorcycle, motocross, enduro and quad, providing protection for the head and face while maintaining a wide field of vision.

The Cross X is distinguished primarily by its durable ABS shell, impact-absorbing EPS layer and dual viewfinder system. The large transparent glass covers the face, while the internal sun blend allows you to reduce the intensity of light without the need for additional glasses.

Full face design – head and face protection

WESTT Cross X uses the Full Face design, in which the shell covers not only the upper and lateral parts of the head, but also the jaw area.

Compared to open helmets, this provides a much larger surface area for the cover. This is particularly important during off-road driving, where, in addition to the fall itself, the driver is exposed to stones, branches, mud and other elements of the environment.

The characteristic canopy further limits the direct action of the sun and emphasizes the off-road nature of the structure.

ABS shell and energy-absorbing EPS

The outer part of the helmet is made of ABS – a durable material used in structures requiring high mechanical resistance.

Under the shell there is a layer of EPS of varying density, whose primary task is to absorb some of the energy generated during impact. The outer shell and the inner energy-intensive layer together form the proper helmet protection system.

The design has been developed to combine mechanical resistance with a weight of about 1600 g, thanks to which the helmet provides a full-face cover without overloading the head during a longer ride.

Approved motorcycle helmet

The WESTT Cross X W-004 is a design developed as a full-fledged motorcycle helmet, not just a recreational off-road helmet.

For the Cross X model there are copies marked with the European approval ECE R22.05 and DOT FMVSS 218 certification.

Approval confirms the passing of certain test procedures for helmet safety. The final approval marking of the offered unit shall be read from the approval label on the helmet.

Double viewfinder – transparent glass and sunscreen blend

One of the biggest advantages of WESTT Cross X is the double eye protection system.

The large outer viewfinder made of polycarbonate provides face protection against wind, rain, dust, insects and minor contaminants thrown out from under the wheels. The glass has increased scratch resistance and can be dismantled.

Underneath it is an integrated, tinted sunscreen that can be lowered in intense sunlight. Thanks to this, there is no need to replace the main viewfinder with a tinted one every time.

The outer glass can be removed, so that the Cross X design can be adapted to use classic motocross goggles.

This allows you to change the configuration of the helmet depending on the nature of the ride – during road use you can use a full visor, while in more off-road conditions it is possible to use goggles.

Off-road riding requires significantly more physical effort than calm road riding, which is why WESTT equipped the Cross X with a multi-point ventilation system.

The vents allow air to flow through the helmet's interior, helping to dissipate excess heat and moisture. This is especially important during motocross and enduro riding, or when using the helmet in higher temperatures.

Removable and washable padding

The inner 3D padding is designed to softly adhere to the head and stabilize the position of the helmet.

The interior elements are removable and washable, which makes it much easier to keep the helmet clean. This is especially practical for off-road applications where the interior is more exposed to sweat, dust and dirt.
