SCHUBERTH C5 is the latest generation jaw helmet meeting the requirements of the new ECE-R 22.06 standard.

This is the first Schuberth model with double homologation (P/J), allowing you to drive with your jaw open or closed.

The DFP shell made of fiberglass reinforced with a layer of carbon fiber (Carbon) combines the highest level of safety with low weight of the helmet. The optimized shell shape ensures maximum tightness and silencing even at high speeds. The new optimised acoustics and fit have reduced noise to 85 dB(A) at a speed of 100 km/h on a naked motorcycle.

The helmet has an A.R.O.S. system to prevent the helmet from rolling off the head during an accident.

The new ventilation system in the C5 helmet maximizes the comfort and safety of the rider. Air inlets and outlets work closely with ventilation ducts in EPS ensuring optimal thermoregulation of the head. The additional ventilation inlet on the jaw is equipped with a replaceable, easy-to-wash filter for easy breathing in extreme conditions.

Outer shell:

• DFP shell made of fiberglass reinforced with a layer of carbon fiber.

• The helmet has double P/J approval and meets the ECE-R 22.06 standard.

• Two shell sizes: Shell 1 [XS–S–M–L], Shell 2 [XL–XXL–XXXL].

• Weight for size L: 1640g +/- 50g.

• Reflective elements on the chin, collar, above the top seal and in the stickers improve visibility when driving with the jaw open and closed.

Viewfinder:

• Made of polycarbonate, 1 optical class

• Quick non-pairing Pinlock® included

• Possible quick installation/disassembly of the viewfinder without the use of tools.

• Patented viewfinder mechanism with memory position function.

The viewfinder will return to the same position it was in before the helmet jaw was raised.

• Greater field of view thanks to the new viewfinder urban position mechanism.

• Integrated sunscreen coated with a scratch-resistant layer.

• New mechanism for fixing the sunscreen blend.

Internal layers:

• The new EPS material provides better shock absorption and more headroom. It has two densities for the main part and its sides.

• The new flange design facilitates easier installation and removal of padding and improves helmet aeroacoustics.

• The new seamless SCHUBERTH INDIVIDUAL padding allows the helmet to be adjusted according to individual needs.

The ability to "individuate" the inside of the helmet. The program is designed to provide a better fit of the helmet interior to the shape of the rider's head. The possibility of changing the thickness of the side and back paddings makes the inside of the helmet more oval or more round in shape. In addition, we can change the thickness of the cheek pads. (Other sizes of padding sold separately. )

New clasp:

• Precisely set the length of the strap thanks to the ability to adjust the length on both sides.
