The Nolan N100-5 jaw helmet is the answer to the needs of motorcyclists for whom safety and comfort at an affordable price are priorities.

At the time of its launch, the Nolan N100-5 was ahead of the standards of the current ECE 22-05 approval and was built in accordance with the requirements of the new, higher ECE 22-06 approval.

This helmet is characterized by a strong, yet compact design and proven technical solutions, transferred from higher models. Double P/J homologation, wide viewfinder, sunscreen blend (4. positional with quick release system), efficient AirBooster ventilation system, unique Dual Action jaw opening system, Microlock2 fastening system, dedicated space for intercom – all this makes Nolan N100-5 a very interesting option for both motorcyclists and scooter owners.

PURPOSE

The helmet with a raised jaw is a perfect solution for motorcyclists who value comfort and convenience, both during long journeys and in the urban jungle. The jaw lifting system on an elliptical trajectory, which allowed to maintain the unincreased size of the helmet after lifting the jaw. Thanks to this procedure, riding in a helmet with an open jaw still remains comfortable.

VIEWFINDER

The wide viewfinder provides a spherical field of view.

BLENDA

The helmet is equipped with a scratch and evaporation resistant sunscreen blend with a high level of UV protection (up to 400 nm). The blend can be set in one of four positions, according to the needs and prevailing conditions. In addition, the blend has a quick release system. The blend is made of Lexan material and can be easily disassembled for maintenance and cleaning.

VENTILATION

The Nolan N100-5 jaw helmet uses the Airbooster Technology ventilation system, which is designed to provide optimal ventilation. The air flow enters the helmet through two inlets – frontal and jaw, after which it ventilates the most important areas without unnecessary distraction, ensuring maximum comfort even during adverse road conditions. The air inlet located in the jaw part is responsible for the ventilation of the viewfinder and limits its evaporation. The heated air outlet integrated into the spoiler removes hot and humid air from the inside of the helmet.

LINING

The removable padding is adapted to the washing. Active carbon fibers in combination with thermoregulatory material with antistatic properties make the use of this helmet very comfortable.

The padding in the N100-5 consists of three parts: the central and two cheeks in different thicknesses (in addition, the PLUS version of the padding can be mounted in different positions).

TYPE OF FASTENER

Microlock 2 – the patented micrometric fastening system is equipped with two opening ratchets, which minimizes the risk of uncontrolled unfastening.

ACCESSORIES

The Nolan N100-5 Classic models come with Pinlock (it must be purchased separately for the Special model). The helmet is adapted to the installation of the N-Com intercom, moreover, in accordance with the requirements of the new ECE 22-06 approval, it has successfully passed a series of impact tests with the intercom installed. The helmet is equipped with a wind shield. The N100-5 has an additional removable collar that allows you to effectively protect yourself from the wind.
