KYT TT-REVO

TT-REVO is an integral racing helmet from KYT, made of thermoplastic in ADT-Advanced technology. Its aggressive and exciting shapes have been thoroughly tested in the wind tunnel to achieve the best aerodynamic performance, not forgetting the style and ergonomics.

The refined viewfinder mechanism is designed to provide both practicality and efficiency. The high-quality interior has been optimized to ensure maximum comfort and moisture removal from the inside of the helmet. Cooperation with aeronautical engineers, the use of innovative software and wind tunnel resulted in the creation of this innovative helmet: aggressive, comfortable and efficient.

SHELL

The shell is available in three sizes (S, M and L) and made of ADT-Advance, a mixture of thermoplastic resins with mega high impact resistance.

PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE (EPS)

The polystyrene inner protective lining is manufactured in three different sizes (S, M and L) to ensure a perfect fit. Polystyrene consists of different parts with variable density; this feature allows for gradual and progressive absorption of energy generated during impact.

Although most of the impact energy is absorbed by the outer protective shell due to its ability to deform, the role of polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of residual energy. The different density of the same polystyrene allows you to optimize the mechanical properties of the shell-polystyrene complex, ensuring the maximum degree of absorption in all areas of the helmet itself.

VIEWFINDER

The viewfinder is made of injected polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant coating. The viewfinder is easy to disassemble thanks to a practical mechanism that does not require the use of tools. The TT-Revo is equipped with a brand new locking mechanism (PAT PEND), which keeps the viewfinder in a tightly closed position while driving.

PINLOCK

TT-Revo is prepared for MAX PINLOCK 70 anti-fog system.

VENTILATION

Internal protective polystyrene is designed to work with numerous and efficient air intakes in the shell. The TT-Revo has five front air intakes and four rear outlets placed under the aerodynamic spoiler. Special channels made in polystyrene ensure continuous airflow, guaranteeing excellent ventilation inside the helmet and quick drainage of hot air.

INTERIOR

The renovated interior is completely removable and washable, made of high-quality soft fiber fabric, which in combination with special open-cell sponges facilitates airflow, keeping the surface in contact with the face fresh and dry.

FASTENING SYSTEM

The fastening system is a QRM micrometric buckle, made of metal and acetal resin.
