— How to wear a helmet correctly —

A helmet worn incorrectly may seem

too tight — and in fact it’s well-chosen.

Here’s how to put it on in 3 steps:

STEP 1

Grab the clasp straps firmly with both hands.

STEP 2

Stretch the straps to the sides — so that the opening

STEP 3

Put on the helmet from behind — jaw up,

at an angle to the back of the head. Then slide

him on the forehead.

After wearing the helmet should:
