Each of our bikes has an individual serial number, which is mechanically engraved on the frame – its exact position may vary depending on the model. 🔎🚲

It is a unique two-wheeler identifier, assigned regardless of the country of manufacture, which can play a key role in the event of theft or reporting to insurance.

📝 We recommend registering the serial number in the appropriate bike database immediately after purchase. Although this does not give one hundred percent protection against the thief, makes it much easier to find and identify the bike if it is lost.

Each bike undergoes a full inspection before shipping, then it's placed in a sturdy box with extra protection to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.

Basic tools (wrenches and Allen keys) are sufficient for assembly – most of which are included in the free multi-tool. 🎁

What exactly is an e-bike?

E-bike is a bike equipped with an electric motor and battery. In principles designed to make it easier for you to ride regardless of your skills. It does not ride alone, but only supports the work of your legs. In our offer we have just such bicycles. They are equipped with engines up to 250W and an assist speed limit of 25 km/h, without a separate gas handle. They are equipped with a motion sensor that activates the assistance while pedaling. They are 100% legal and approved for road traffic and comply with European Union regulations.

Can I use the E-bike when my battery is discharged?

Yes, you can use an electric bike even if the battery is discharged. However, riding a discharged E-bike requires the same effort from you as when using a regular bike.

What determines the range of an electric bike?

The range of the e-bike depends on the selected assist mode, the weight of the user and the terrain on which you are moving. The battery will discharge faster on demanding, uneven terrain or using a higher mode than when driving around the city, using e.g. from eco mode. In our auctions we provide the maximum range for a given model.

How to charge an electric bike?

There is a charger in the kit we send. It should be connected to the electrical network, and then to the socket in the bike, or the socket in the battery. However, remember to charge the bike battery under the right conditions, i.e. preferably at room temperature. With lithium-ion batteries, you can charge your bike even when it is not fully discharged, as this will not affect the performance and battery life.

How to take care of the condition of the battery in an electric bike?

Keep the battery in the right conditions; preferred room temperature - keeping the battery in a hot or very cold room exposes it to damage. Using the assist levels in the right way will also help maintain the proper condition of the battery. Avoid extremes, for example. deep battery discharge or too long charging - do not leave the battery plugged into the charger for the whole night.
