KD11203 pneumatic mounting cushion is used for lifting, leveling and underclining heavy objects – furniture, household appliances, windows and doors. Filled with a manual pump, it allows you to precisely control the lifting height without the use of levers or mechanical lifts.

Working principle — manual pumping

The pillow is filled with air using the included hand pump. Rhythmic pumping allows you to gradually lift the object, and the controlled unscrewing of the valve allows precise lowering. Lack of electrical power means independence from outlets and the ability to work in hard-to-reach places.

Low Starting Profile

The empty cushion has a minimum thickness, which allows it to slide into narrow gaps under raised objects — e.g. under the edge of the refrigerator, closet or window frame. This is a key feature in work where there is no room for traditional assembly tools.

Lifting capacity 135 kg

A load capacity of 135 kg is enough to lift standard chest furniture, washing machines, free-standing refrigerators or door wings. Before use, make sure that the weight of the lifted object does not exceed the stated value – overload can damage the pillow.

Valve with adjustment

The valve allows both gradual filling and controlled release of air. Thanks to this, the object can be lifted and lowered smoothly, without sudden movements, which is important when leveling equipment or embedding elements in the door frame.

Use and maintenance

How to use step by step

Empty pillow slide into the gap under the lifted object. Connect the hose to the pump and turn off the valve. Pump rhythmically to achieve the desired lift height — up to approx. 5 cm. To lower the object, unscrew the valve slowly, controlling the rate of air release. After use, completely empty the pillow before storing.

Operating instructions

The cushion cannot be used on sharp edges or surfaces with protruding metal elements that can pierce it. Do not exceed the permissible load of 135 kg. Before each use, check the condition of the hose and valve for tightness. Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and sharply finished items.
