BlindShell Classic Lite is a fully sounded, keyboard mobile phone designed for blind and visually impaired people as well as seniors. The phone is operated using a numeric keypad and directional buttons. Feedback is transmitted through built-in synthetic speech, as well as vibration and sound signals.
None of the implemented functions of the phone requires an Internet connection, they all work offline, which saves the battery, the life of which is up to 4 days on a single charge. This model does not offer the possibility of connecting to the Internet, it is also not equipped with a camera.
BlindShell Classic Lite does not have voice control. The phone will be appreciated by users who prefer simple, intuitive, classic operation with well-perceptible keys. They are large and ergonomically placed, the spacing between them makes them easy to recognize quickly and locate precisely, without making mistakes. At the top of the keyboard there are volume control buttons, function buttons and directional buttons, at the bottom there are classic numeric keys.
BlindShell Lite allows you to make calls and send SMS messages. The phone offers useful functions of calculator, notebook, alarm clock, timer, stopwatch and simple calendar, there is also a quick dial with one key, up to 11 numbers, after assigning contacts to the keys.
In a situation where you need the quick help of another person, you can use the SOS alarm button, calling with one press, for at least 3 seconds, a call to a previously entered contact, which serves as an emergency contact.
Free software updates can be downloaded throughout the life of your phone. The device has a certificate of compliance with European standards.
Note: BlindShell Classic Lite, Classic and Classic 2 phones do not offer access to the Google Play Store. Therefore, you cannot download and install any applications from this store as well as files with the apk extension on the above phone models.
