• Cards have a long activation period, but we recommend activating them within 30 days of purchase.

➡ Do I need to top up the card additionally?

• Yes, this card must be topped up on your own for 12x10 PLN (totalling 120 PLN)

➡ Can I top up my card when my GB package runs out?

• It is possible to top up the card, but it is not profitable. For example, purchasing a 200GB package on your own costs approx. PLN 200, and in the case of purchasing a card from our auction, this amount is several times lower.
• When choosing a card, treat the purchase as a one-time choice - choose exactly what you need. In our auctions we offer various GB packages with different validity periods.

➡ Will I receive a new phone number?

• Yes, all cards have unique phone numbers which, after registration, are assigned to your PESEL number.
• You can manage the number as you wish, as a seller we do not have access or the ability to manage the number.

➡ How fast is the internet?

• The speed at which data is transferred depends on the type of technology: LTE, 5G, which you are using at the moment.
• To use a given technology, you must be within its range and using a device that supports it.
• Data transfer rates vary and depend on many factors, such as the load on the transmitting station, signal strength, and weather conditions.
• In the case of LTE technology, the maximum data reception speed is 225Mb/s.
