Advanced technology of cutting steel with TCT carbide discs from Evolution enables faster cutting, with the possibility of obtaining a smooth surface after cutting and most importantly in a more secure way than when using corundum discs. The surface after cutting is not only even and burr-free, but also cool enough that the material can be transferred and further processed immediately after cutting.

A saw equipped with TCT carbide toothed discs can cut through material 4 times faster than regular corundum discs and offer a capacity equal to 20 corundum discs.

During cutting, almost no sparks are created, and what is equally important, no harmful dust is emitted, which definitely affects the comfort of work and increases the safety of your workshop.

The Evolution saw is the perfect solution if you have large quantities of sheets, steel pipes and sections to cut.

The S210CCS saw is designed for maximum efficiency. It uses a high torque motor with a power of up to 1800W. Such a drive can handle cutting steel sheet with an impressive thickness of up to 13mm. The advanced cooling system keeps the engine at the optimal temperature during cutting, ensuring that even the most heavily used saw can handle the task. This solution prevents damage and maximizes the life of the device itself.

Metal filings generated during cutting are caught and directed to a capacious chip collector, which can hold up to 60% more chips than the predecessor of the saw (model EVOSAW230). This allows you to maintain high productivity, while severely reducing the cleaning time of the cutting station. The chip container features a simple quick release latch, making metal waste disposal and cutting disc replacement quick and easy.

The saw has an adjustable cutting depth of up to 77mm. The lever combined with the quick release mechanism allows you to effectively set the level of plunge cutting, ideal for use in cutting metal roofing. The large window allows you to view the disc, and the LED light increases the visibility of the cutting line in low light conditions and casts a clear blade shadow, showing the cutting path, which has a direct impact on the accuracy of the entire process.

A special adapter for Evolution guide strips can also be used for the saw. This allows you to connect Evolution ST1400 and ST1800 strips. The adapter is offered separately, as are the strips themselves.
