HSS-CO Cobalt Metal Drill Bit Set
The drill bits are made in rolling technology from high-performance HSS high-speed steel enriched with 5% cobalt content. The addition of cobalt provides high resistance to elevated temperatures during drilling.
An important feature of the drill is its reinforced construction and ground cutting edges, which ensure greater accuracy of rotational movement. The apical angle of the blade is 135 degrees. The drill bit is right-handed with a spiral type N.

- fi 4.0 mm , L=75 mm.

The drill bits have shear correction, which allows good centering when drilling. The cylindrical handle corresponds to the diameter of the drill. Diameter tolerance h8. Drill bits show high elasticity and strength for twisting and breaking.
Designed for industrial applications, for machining alloy and carbon steel with a strength of up to 900 N/mm², stainless steel, acid and heat-resistant steel, grey cast iron, steels, titanium and its alloys.

In order to improve the quality of the hole, it is recommended to use together with the coolant.
