The Hendi meat grinder is a professional device that allows you to grind any type of unfrozen boneless meat. It will work in restaurants, catering establishments, and small sausage plants. The device meets the requirements of Sanitary and has CE certificate.
Execution
The body of the device is made of elegant, polished aluminium, while all elements in contact with food (loading hopper with tray, throat and cutting unit) are made of corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean stainless steel.
The cutting unit consists of a screw, a , a knife and a strainer with holes with a diameter of 6,5 mm. All components are easy to disassemble, which allows them to be washed thoroughly.
Grinding
The wolf is equipped with an efficient, three-phase asynchronous motor with a power of 1100 W and a rotational speed of 140 rpm. /min . Rotary motion is transmitted to the auger using an extremely quiet steel gear immersed in oil.
The offered model was designed for interruptible work. The motor has overheating protection.
