Professional meat grinder brand Hendi will allow efficient grinding of all types of meat. It will work both in small restaurants, catering establishments and meat stores, as well as at home. The device meets the requirements of Sanitary and has CE certificate.
Execution
The body and loading hopper together with the tray are made of durable, corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean stainless steel. The cutting unit consists of an aluminum alloy screw, a four-arm knife made of stainless steel and a sitka with a diameter of 70 mm and a hole diameter of 6 mm. Non-slip feet provide adequate stability during operation.
The set also includes a polyethylene pusher and a taca for ground meat.
We also offer strainers with mesh diameters: 8, 4,5, 3 and 2 mm.
Grinding
The wolf is equipped with a powerful engine with a power of 750 W. Rotary movement is transmitted to the screw using oil-immersed steel gear, which significantly reduces noise during operation.
The offered model was designed for interruptible work. After every 10-15 minutes, take a minimum of 5 minutes break.
