While for gas or telecommunications, protection and marking elements are produced in only one color (gas – yellow; telecommunications – orange), in the case of the power industry, products from this category are available in two color variants – blue and red. Blue is used for marking power cable networks whose rated voltage does not exceed 1 kV. Red must be indicated by power grids whose rated voltage exceeds 1 kV.

All marking products must be characterized by the highest quality, which will allow for efficient operation even for a very long time. Warning tapes and warning and location tapes for the power industry are made of high-quality polyethylene. The second type of tapes - location, has metal inserts, made of acid-resistant steel, allowing you to locate the tape underground.

Energy is an area where safety must come first. For this reason, underground long-range power cables running throughout the country must be properly secured. In the event of possible damage to the cable, the lack of a warning system for people in the vicinity may result in tragedy.
