You drill and deepen the screw hole with one movement. The LSP drill bit set with dredges is a simple and effective tool for quick assembly of wooden elements without the risk of material cracking.

Each drill bit is made of hardened HSS steel, so it stays sharp even after hundreds of holes. The Adjustable countersink allows you to adjust the depth under the screw head, while the Allen key allows you to set it precisely or replace it.

The set includes four diameters (3, 4, 5 and 6 mm) – ideal for typical carpentry and assembly work. Simply attach to the drill or screwdriver holder and operate – without changing the tool between drilling and dredging.

➡ How to use and extend the service life?

1. Drilling at 800 – 1500 rpm /min, without excessive downforce.
2. Regularly clean the chip dredge to avoid overheating.
3. Set the depth of deepening using the Allen key.
4. Do not drill directly into metal or fiber laminate.
5. For a clean effect, use a drill with adjustable rotational speed.

In addition:

• it is worth taking breaks every few minutes so that the drill does not overheat with a longer series of holes,
• clean the chip dredge because they heat up faster when the holes are clogged,
• if you smell burnt wood – reduce turnover or feed.
