Proper use of the blood pressure monitor:
- Sit back and relax before doing the test.
- Roll up the sleeve of the clothes (if it is long).
- Put the blood pressure cuff on your shoulder.
- Press the button to turn on the device, the measurement result will appear within approx. 40 seconds.
