Electrostimulator TENS/EMS/IFS/MET ECO100 has as many as 5 types of electrotherapy: TENS analgesic treatments, EMS muscle stimulation, massage, IFS interference currents and MET microcurrents. The ECO100 electrostimulator has features such as in professional devices, but is a portable model, completely safe and easy to use, so it can be used independently by the patient at home.

The ECO100 electrostimulator is a very versatile and versatile model 5in1 – generating 5 types of currents: TENS, EMS, interference currents (IFS), massage and microcurrents (MET). It is perfect for treating both acute and chronic pain, even with high severity. ECO100 can also be successfully used to rebuild weakened or disappearing muscles as well as to train healthy muscles. In addition to 63 ready-made programs, you can set and remember 12 manual programs in the device memory.

ECO100 is equipped with two electrostimulation channels, which have a separate current regulation.

The ECO100 is small, has an ergonomic design, and is additionally equipped with a clip to wear at the strap.

The ECO100 electrostimulator is equipped with a unique lock to prevent wires from falling out.

Types of currents in the ECO100:

TENS - the most popular method of physical therapy used to relieve pain. It involves stimulating the nerve endings found in the skin. Depending on the selection of parameters, TENS activates one of two mechanisms:

• pain gate – consists in replacing the nerve impulse with an electrical impulse. Because the electrical impulse reaches the brain instead of the nerve impulse, the sensation of pain is disrupted. The analgesic effect occurs immediately, but is quite short-lived.
• release of endorphins (naturally produced by the body hormones with analgesic and well-being effects. The analgesic effect is delayed but long-lasting.

The best analgesic effect is achieved by first using a program such as a pain gate, and later a program stimulating the production of endorphins.

In TENS stimulation, it is important to prevent the body from getting used to specific parameters, so you should change the program from time to time. Therefore, some programs are an alternative to other programs. They can be used interchangeably.

EMS – neuromuscular electrostimulation has a stimulating effect on muscles. EMS is used both in rehabilitation, e.g. to rebuild muscles weakened by long-term immobilization or paresis, as well as in sports training. It allows you to keep your muscles in good condition, e.g. in people affected by injuries that prevent physical exercise. All programs consist of 3 phases: warm-up, training and rest.

MASSAGE - special programs for massage and relaxation. Properly selected parameters of TENS and EMS currents simulate massage techniques.

IFS – interference currents are characterized by a very high frequency of approx. 4000Hz, which is achieved by interference of two low-frequency current circuits. Thanks to this, they penetrate deeper than TENS and have analgesic effects directly in tissues. In addition to the analgesic effect, IFS currents also have an anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effect.

MET – microcurrents – electrotherapy treatment using very low current. MET works at the cellular level, increasing the production of ATP (energy carrier), accelerates cell regeneration, thanks to which it facilitates wound healing, bone adhesion. MET has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Treatments are poorly felt, so they are perfect for hypersensitive people. MET also has far fewer contraindications than TENS.
